Vegas!!

We had a couple free nights in Vegas thanks to my in laws so Todd and I spent Sunday night thru Wednesday there!

(todd was obviously not ready!!) We know Vegas is kind of well...interesting but we love it there and always have fun going. We went here for lunch...

which was so good! They used to have them here but now the closest one is Vegas.

After lunch we went to Circus Circus for games! When I was little that was my favorite thing to do and my parents would take my sister and I there a lot. Thanks mom&dad :)

This game is the best one and I beat Todd about 3 times! After that we went to dinner at this Brazilian steakhouse that was all you can eat and we got a half price discount...so delicious. Tues. some of Todd's family met us and we headed to the Venetian to see the Blue Man Group. (ugh...probably the worst show we have ever seen!!)

We found a store with a mascot named Todd...

And watched the Mirage volcano from the balcony! This is also me at 24wks!

Wednesday we went here...

which was fun! You basically solve a murder using forensics.

After that we headed home! We had lots of fun and were happy to get some time in together before our little one is here!

And also the same brand of just lotion for stretch marks. I probably should've started to look into this awhile ago but better late than never right?!

I am now 20 weeks and my belly is sure showing it! Baby boy has been kicking like crazy lately so that has been so fun! I had to go get some new clothes...well just shirts so far...because he sure is growing! This dress, which I am in love with was one of them. Hopefully it will be just as cute when my belly is bigger!

We had another ultrasound and his head was hiding under my belly button so we couldn't get a clear picture of his little face. Hopefully next time!

Summer Scents!

We are really big on scents in our house and according to Todd we have to have one for every season. We had some for fall and winter that we LOVE, but have never done any spring/summer kinds. I picked these two up today (2 for $20, such a great deal!) and I am in love! But, we are always looking for some new ones to try. So, that being said, what scents make your house smell like summer!? I am 17 weeks as of yesterday and feeling fabulous! I have not been sick at all which is nice. I have been pretty tired but other than that no problems! This is our little cutie at 15 1/2 weeks.

I would love to show you all a picture of my growing belly (ha!) but I am not showing much unless its at 11pm and I am heading for bed. We go back to the doctor in about 2 weeks and I can't wait. I think I am most excited now to start feeling him kick and move around! =)

...to me! And, well Todd too. I've been waiting for one of these since they first came out and Verizon FINALLY jumped on the bandwagon. Let me just say, I am LOVING it, which I knew I would. Todd was skeptical at first but yeah, he's loving his too! Thanks Todd, I love you!! P.s. I didn't leave him without a gift! He got Wall Street 2, Inception and Iron Man 2 on Dvd. Those currently are his favorites and last night he watched 2 of them. If you haven't seen any of those, we highly recommend them!!

Beeson Bonfire 2011!

Yes...it was that time again!! See 2009 here. Every year my brother plans a big bonfire in the desert with wood pallets&Christmas trees, and basically whatever else we can find. This year was no exception with 41 Christmas trees! The crowd that comes out is getting bigger every year. Todd's mom, 2 brothers and nephew were able to come this year and join in on all the fun. Sometimes I guess its alright having 4 brothers who like to play in the desert! =)Missed you Jane&Liz!!

Ugly Sweater Dinner+Present Game+Mall=F-U-N!

Todd's family has a lil tradition every year where we go to dinner at the mall (usually here...its a Parks family favorite!!) and then afterwards you get an envelope with $11 in it and a name of someone in the family and you have to go and buy them a gift. This year we did it with a little twist however, when Todd's older brother suggested we wear ugly sweaters! My parents came along too and between all of us there was some ugliness! I think we probably had the most fun just picking out the sweaters...seriously. If you want a good laugh, go to Savers and look at the sweaters. Just sayin'. Anyways, we had a ton of fun this year and probably will plan on making the sweaters into a new tradition. Sad part is, we were buying some stuff at a store and the clerk behind the counter, who was probably like 18, says to me..."I really like your sweater!" Seriously!? I had no idea if she was joking or not, but it was pretty funny. I'm off to wrap and get ready for a busy but so so fun next few days. Merry Christmas!

Usually every year around Christmas-time we go to Sedona with Todd's family. This year a couple of his mom's brothers and their families were going to be here along with his nana&pops for Thanksgiving so we went a few weeks early. There were a ton of us and we rented 5 jeeps to take out into the Sedona red rocks. We saw some Indian ruins and other than that just had fun! It was a little cold so we were glad the jeeps had heaters! =)

**Warning!** The following post contains pictures of feet so if you don't like feet I suggest you don't read this one! Also, my foot is bruised and purple looking so if you don't like that either then this post isn't for you!! I'm only posting this to document what I had done and promise there will be no more pictures of my feet =)

So...last Friday I had surgery. I work for a foot doctor and naturally, since I work there, my feet just decided they need to hurt ALL THE TIME. Anyways, I had surgery done on my left foot back in September and it totally worked. This time it was the same surgery but on my right foot. I'm still recovering and in a bit of pain but its getting better. I had 1 of these...

on each foot that needed to be "released" so that it wasn't entrapped anymore. Its called a neuroma and they hurt really bad and made it hard for me to wear heels which is a major issue for me cause I LOVE my heels. Anyways, here is my right foot about 8 days post op.

Its totally bruised and gross I know but trust me it looks better then it did last week! The scar is very small and you can tell because its hidden only behind that little strip! What's that? You like my toes!? She did them, and I love them too! Anyways, sorry if I grossed you out but hey, I warned you! So anyways, I am healing well and looking forward to the day that I can wear my heels again with no pain!

I have the week off of work because the doctors that I work for both went out of town. I've been cleaning and shopping and today I took my brothers only boy to the zoo. It had been raining and just clearing up when we got there to park. Our conversation went like this. He's 3, by the way.

Me: Hey look there's a rainbow over there!

Nephew: No Molly, its a double rainbow!

Greatest moment of my day, probably my week.

Todd and I LOVE Halloween...as you can tell by our picture at the top. We were David&Victoria Beckham a couple years ago! =) Anyways, we are so excited October/Fall is finally here! We have our house decorated with pumpkins and lights and yummy scented candles. This last weekend we went with my brother Sam and his family up near Show Low, Arizona for a a pumpkin patch! There was a little festival with some craft booths and then you took a hayride over to the pumpkin patch to pick your own pumpkins! They had a ton of cool ones and we brought home 1 big one and 4 little ones. The weather was awesome and we had so much fun! Thanks again guys!! (Lots of pics!!)

My birthday was over a month ago but I totally forgot to blog it! The night before my birthday, Friday, we went to dinner with some of my siblings at the Old Spaghetti Factory! (its kind of tradition in our family...we LOVE it.) Todd got me a dozen Sprinkles cupcakes for my cake...

And we shared them with my parents after dinner.

Saturday the 10th was my birthday and we spent most of the day at the lake! We have some jet skis that we borrow from Todd's side of the family so we went out with 2 of my brothers, my parents and Todd's mom and nephew. One of the jet skis ended up not working so it was sort of a bust but the kids had fun swimming and playing on the inflatable toys. Afterwards Todd and I had pizza and went to see this...

SO FUNNY! We loved it. For my birthday I got money, jewelry and gift cards. Todd got me this watch

and these earrings! They are beautiful and match the ring he got me for our first anniversary. (See here!) Overall it was a wonderful 22nd birthday and we are excited to celebrate Todd's in a couple weeks!

Beeson Cali Trip 2010!

We started last year going to San Diego with my family around the end of August and made it happen again this year. My parents, 3 brothers and my sister (missed you Liz&Pete!) and their families met up in San Diego for a quick weekend get away. Todd and I left early with my niece Ally and headed down a day early to hit up Knotts Berry Farm and a water park in Orange County called Wild Rivers. Friday we met up with my family for some swimming and dinner. Saturday we hit the swap meet and spent all day at the beach. The kids loved it and we all had fun watching them. We ate dinner with the adults that night, grabbed some Cold Stone and called it a night. Sunday we were all able to drive home together so that was fun meeting up at different stops. It was a quick trip but so fun and much needed! =) All the pics from Knotts are me being scared...haha! I guess I couldn't smile that day. P.S The pics are backwards but there are lots so enjoy!

So...Todd got called in for jury duty today and I was feeling lazy...so I was watching some pretty interesting tv. The travel channel, one of my favorites, was having a show called "Super Stores." Me, having a LOVE for shopping, turned to it. When it came on...they were talking about THIS. Ummm, what!? Basically, when your luggage is lost forever, the Unclaimed Baggage Center buys it and sells whatever is in the luggage and the luggage itself. They had a TON of stuff! Clothes, jewelry, ipods, golf clubs...you name it, they probably have it. They even had art. Yes, art. So, who is up for a trip to Alabama to visit with me? Hey you never know...maybe you'll find some of your own stuff!

Todd and I like to "borrow" our nieces and nephews from my brothers and sisters...I guess its so we can get in some practice for when we have kids. Thanks guys for letting us take them! Anyways...a couple weeks ago my brothers kids were on spring break and so was Todd and I was off work, so we decided to go to the Phoenix Zoo. Its not that pricey but we figured that we could take the kids often so we decided to buy a season pass. Its such a great investment and pretty cheap too! So, I loaded up the kids, headed to Target for some snacks, picked up Todd and away we went! My parents also came along so there was a nicely sized group of us. (Me&Todd, 4kids and my parents!) The weather was so nice and other than me starting the beginnings of a horrific cold it was a fun time! We really wanted to go to see the new exhibit with the Komodo Dragons. They scare the crap out of me but they are so fascinating! Also, the baboons in the pics below I swear are trained to take pics! We would tell the kids to go up next to the glass and the monkeys would walk right up to the glass, stop for the pic, and then move on. It was cool!

New Obsession!

Ok so...most of you may or may not know that I have a huge obsession with cupcakes. I have this book (thanks Mom!) that I try to use as much as I can. My favorite has been the cookies and cream cheesecake cupcakes. If you want the recipe I'd be happy to share! I also have a cupcake carrier that I use to take cupcakes to my YW at church and they are happy to be my taste testers. And finally...a cupcake stand. Also, whenever I see any type of cupcake store I MUST go inside to test them out. My favorite are these...so delicious but sort of pricey. Anyways...I found out about Post Cereals newest gem...these babies

and naturally I couldn't pass them up. They taste wonderful like vanilla frosting and even have a cupcake recipe on the back. I haven't made those yet but Todd and I did make rice crispy treats with them that were a big hit at church! =) Anyways...try them and let me know what you think!

Christmas and our 2 year anniversary!

I know...its been awhile since both of these...but I haven't gotten around to blogging them! Christmas was so fun this year...it was our first in our own house! Todd got a macbook pro for school and I got these. We also got a lot of house stuff, cook books for me and shoes and clothes for Todd. We had a fabulous Christmas to say the least. For our anniversary this year...Todd surprised me with a trip to Vegas! He even called my boss and got me the day off work. I hate that he is so good at being sneaky! We left on Sat. morning and came home on Monday. (We stayed at the Luxor) We had so much fun! Ok so...I can never ever figure out how to get my pictures to come up in order...but...we saw Mystere at Treasure Island (Cirque De Solei...amazing!) Went shopping, ate yummy food, walked the strip, saw the lions at the MGM Grand, went to the Coca Cola and m&ms store...and saw the fountains at the Bellagio. I think we did it all! =) P.S There is a picture of Todd and his Christmas present somewhere in there! Enjoy!

Its been awhile as usual! I think my new years resolution will be to blog more! For Thanksgiving we were able to have a get together over at our house the night before. My parents made chinese food and my brothers Pete and Brig and their families and Liz and Ryan came over. We ate, watched movies, played wii, Brigham dominated everyone at boggle and we played a little scatagories. Thanksgiving we had dinner with both of our families and then came home and napped so we could go out at midnight. We went to the mall because Todd had never been out on black Friday and he wanted to see all the people and excitement. It was chaos! We didn't buy anything but on Friday night we bought a new washer and dryer! They are shiny gray and I am so excited about them! Bad thing is they won't be delivered till the 18th of this month because the schedule was so booked. I will be sure to post pics when they arrive! =) We are very excited this year because it is our first Christmas together in our own home! Other than all this goodness...we haven't been up to much! As soon as I charge my camera I'll post pictures of our tree and decorations.

Clean Closet

Since we have been in our house since MARCH...I figured it would finally be a good time to clean out and organize my closet. It was getting pretty bad. If you know me you know I have too many clothes, purses and shoes. We also had some clothes baskets in there with a bunch of mis-matched socks, clothes, etc. It took me about an hour and a half (I was going slow) but I got it all cleaned out and it is bea-utiful. See for yourself! My closet is at a weird angle so I only got 2 pictures...one of my shoes (which took me like 30 min. to organize) and one of my color-coded shirts.

Road Trip!

Todd's best friend and past mission companion Ronald Ward Halbert III (cool name huh!?) got married this past weekend in the Salt Lake Temple. We decided to take a road trip to the wedding and had such a fun trip! We left on Wednesday after Ruby's birthday party (see slideshow from Jane HERE) and got to St. George that night at around 12am. My aunt Kathy and uncle Ben have an amazing house there overlooking all of St. George and it is gorgeous! We woke up a little late the next morning, hit Cafe Rio and headed up to American Fork. We stayed with Todd's cousins Julene&Gary, thanks guys! Your house is beautiful and we had so much fun with you! We had a wedding dinner that night and then got some much needed rest. Friday was the wedding at 1pm, but before that I had to get some shopping in. I figured since we were in Utah I should use it to my advantage and get some modest dresses! How could Todd say no to that!? After some shopping we headed to the SLC temple. It was awesome! We had never been inside so that was so fun. We have a friend serving a mission in Temple Square and we just happened to see her walking around, so that was so fun too! After the sealing and pictures we went to get some cheesecake and a snack, where we saw my friend AGAIN! It was her p-day so they went to get pedicures and cheesecake. Afterwards we headed to the reception which was beautiful and then headed to bed. Saturday we drove home and stayed in St. George again. We were able to do a session at the St. George Temple...amazing! If you have never been to that temple put it on your to-do list! Its so awesome inside. We got home yesterday around 5 and ate and went to bed. Back to work for us (and school for Todd!) Thanks again Gardners and Judds, you guys are so great to let us stay with you!! P.S. My pictures are a little out of order but the pictures of the animals are all in a room in my aunt and uncles house. I have seen most of them before but Todd could not believe all the animals! It looked like Cabelas...so cool!

...are so great! For Mother's Day this year my dad called all us kids (there are 7!) and we all agreed to go in on a present for my mom. It was fun to be able to do this for my her and have everyone be in on it and keep it a secret from her. I stole this picture from my sister Jane...thanks! I love all you guys!!

P.S. This picture was taken on Sunday, obviously, but my dad had just had surgery on Friday and he was already up and walking around! Glad to have you on your feet dad, love you!

PB Loco!

PB Loco is a store that sells peanut butter. We have one here in Scottsdale in the mall and I have always walked past it but never been in. My friend Katrina had also told me about it, because she goes there to buy all these fancy kinds of peanut butter, like Sun Dried Tomato, for example, and its also a cafe. Well, since that kind was discontinued, she bought Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough peanut butter. She brought some to work and I tried a spoonful, and it was delicious!! It may sound weird or gross to some of you but it is seriously so good! Well, at the Target by our new house they sell 3 different kinds from PB Loco- Jungle Banana (which I bought but Todd wont eat because he says he can taste the "artificial" banana-what a bum!) White Chocolate Raspberry, and Choc. Chip Cookie Dough. They were out of it for about a week and last night we went and they had JUST gotten it in, so naturally I bought 2 jars! =) So, check your Target or go to www.pbloco.com to check it out! My poor husband is sick! =( So, yesterday on my way home I picked him up some ice cream and ginger ale and naturally I HAD to get a treat for myself! My sister had bought these before and they were sooooo good, and I had forgotten about them! Well, yesterday I saw them in the freezer section and had to pick some up. I got strawberries and vanilla and chocolate chip cookie dough. They are so yummy and I totally recommend all of you to go get some!! Mmmmmm!

On Wednesday night, our wonderful friends and neighbors, Travis&Melissa, let us use their Suns tickets since they wouldn't be able to make it to the game. Todd couldn't go because he had school, so I took my 12 year old nephew Chase. Now, you would think that it wouldn't be anything big for a 12 year old, but these aren't just ANY seats. They are court side right behind the Suns bench. Todd and I have been in these seats before and I never got any pictures with my camera so I made sure to this time! Everyone kept texting us telling us to wave and that they could see us on tv so that was very cool! We got LOTS of pictures and I'm sure Chase's friends were all jealous the next day at school. Thanks for being my date Chase! =) And thanks T&M for the tickets...you guys rock and we had so much fun!!

New House!

Its been forever! But, I have a very good excuse. We are FINALLY moved into a house! We had gotten our offer accepted back in February but things kept falling thru and things needed to be signed and all that stuff, but finally 2 weekend

s ago we were able to move in! We just got the internet on Friday so now I can finally blog! We love our house so much and are so happy to finally be living in it! It is about 20min away from where we used to live so its a little farther than I'd like to be but I'm sure I will get used to it. We have already started to make it our own and we can't wait to keep doing little improvements so that we can make it fabulous! My sister Liz got married this past Friday! It was so fun and full of family and lots of color! Todd was the dj and did a great job to get everyone dancing! Every year my brother Brigham hosts a party on the last Saturday in January called the Beeson Bonfire. This party includes family, hot dogs, s'mores, and Christmas trees. I know you are all thinking, Christmas trees? Well, my brother collects them after Christmas and we take them to the desert to have a HUGE bonfire. This year we had 31 trees and some pallets, so needless to say it was a pretty big fire! Before his mission, Todd went to live in California with his aunt and uncle to work and hang out with his cousins before he left. His Uncle Mike owns a company called Kitchen Lights, and they do recessed lighting in kitchens, living rooms, etc. He also went back there in the summer of 2007 when we were dating to earn some extra money and better his skills. My mom has always wanted some new lighting in her house and so the kitchen was what she wanted done first so Todd was on the job! It took him about a whole day altogether (1/2 on Saturday, 1/2 on Monday) and he was finished! I think it looks great and my parents love it, so if anyone is in need of some new lighting let Todd know!! The first pictures are before most of the work started and the last few are the new lights! My mom is going to kill me for putting up pictures of her kitchen!

1 Year Anniversary Trip!

We spent our anniversary in California, one of my very favorite places! Saturday the 3rd, our actual anniversary, we left for Cali around 2pm. We exchanged gifts, I got him NCAA Football '09 for the Wii and he got me a book of thoughts/stories from Time Out For Women and Mamma Mia on DVD. (He hated it, but I love it just because I grew up on ABBA songs!) We loaded up the car and then Todd surprised me with this Tiffany ring! (Click the link to see a picture, I tried to put one on here but it kept getting blurry.) I had been wanting it for awhile and we had been saving up extra change to buy it but then he surprised me! Thats why I love him. We arrived in Cali around 7 and went to Lucille's BBQ to get some take-out. This is the place where we had our wedding dinner after we were married, so its sort of tradition. That night we ate our wedding cake and had sparkling cider. The cake was surprisingly still good even after it had been frozen a year! Sunday we went to church, took naps, and then went to Todd's aunt and uncles for dinner. Monday we got ready and headed for Disneyland! Since it wasn't crowded the lines were really short and we decided to go on Splash Mountain first. I was fine with that since I never ever get wet on that ride anyways. So, I sit in front and what happens?

As you can see in the pictures, I am dry from my knee down, and the whole back of me is wet also. I didn't get fully dry either so I was wet/damp for most of the day. After that we went to get Gumbo, if you haven't tried it there you should, its super good. While we were standing in line Todd went over to the Blue Bayou Restaurant, the one inside Pirates of the Carribbean, to see if they had any open reservations. They didn't have any for Monday but Todd made one for Tuesday at 4. We went over to California Adventures for a couple rides and then headed home since we were going back the next day. Tuesday we went to the San Diego Temple! It was BEAUTIFUL! Afterwards we met Todd's Nana for lunch at Chili's and then headed back to change to go to our reservation. We got there and let me tell you all incase you want to go, it is EXPENSIVE! I want to go at lunch sometime to see if its cheaper, because everything on the menu for dinner is like $25+. We got a steak and split it and it was super good. Our waiter was nice and took this picture for us, I love it!Afterwards we rode some rides at Disneyland till the park closed at 8 and then headed back to the beach house where we were staying. Wednesday we slept in, packed up and headed home. We had such a fun time and were so lucky to get the time off to spend with each other. I can't believe we have been married for a whole year...time flies. P.S Congrats to my sister Liz who just got engaged to her boyfriend, Ryan, and will be married March 6th! We love you guys!

First of all, I hope everyone had a WONDERFUL Christmas! Todd and I were so happy to be able to celebrate our first Christmas as a married couple and had so much fun! It was so nice to spend so much time with our families and be able to create memories with them as well as one another. I can't wait to do the same with my own family! We have been having lots of fun being off of work and spending time with one another and our families this week. We are VERY excited for this upcoming weekend because on the 3rd we will be celebrating our 1 year anniversary! This year has gone by super quick and we both can't believe its already been ONE YEAR! We are celebrating by going to California and going to Disneyland (of course, its a must!!), spending some time on the beach (I know its cold, but it sure is beautiful) and we are planning on doing a session at the San Diego temple. Neither of us have been so we are very excited. I will be sure to take lots of pictures of our trip and post them when we return. I hope everyone has a fun and safe New Years where-ever you are, whatever you're doing!

I know I know, its been forever, but I've been busy! This past week I worked everyday and needless to say I am tired! But it feels so good to work, and I am having such a good time! Last night we were able to go to the Suns game with Todds family and had a blast! It was a great game and very intense, the final score was 113-112. Very very fun!

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! We spent our Thanksgiving in California at Disneyland! It wasn't as busy as we thought it was going to be and it turned out to be a lot of fun! We went with Todd's side of the family and there ended up being about 30 of us altogether. I forgot my purse though, at the house where we were staying, so I didn't have my camera which was such a bummer! We were able to spend a ton of time just hanging out and having fun with our family which was so nice, especially for the holiday. Funny story, we went shopping on Saturday night and I saw my cousin Emily, who I haven't seen in like, at least 10 years. Anyways, turns out she is in the same ward and neighborhood as Todd's aunt and uncle! Crazy stuff, it really is a small world! I am so excited that it is finally Christmas time! It is my absolute favorite time of year!! P.S If you get a chance, go to Starbucks and order a Carmel Apple Spice with extra carmel, it is DELICIOUS!

We're Back...

From California! We had such a fun time. We got in Friday night and headed straight to Disneyland to meet Todd's cousin Tanner and his friend Bri. We have so much fun with them and it was so good to see them! We were there till about midnight and then we headed to the apartment which is about 30min. away to meet up with my sister and her boyfriend. On our way there I looked out the window and I see this orange thing out of the corner of my eye, and I looked over and it was a huge FIRE! We could see the wildfires going from the freeway. It was nuts and a little freaky/scary that they were going on and couldn't be stopped because of the wind that night. It was cool to see though thats for sure! The next day we went to the fashion district, my new favorite shopping spot, and while we were there we got rained on by ashes from the fires. It reeked of smoke and it was getting a little annoying! We had planned to meet my sister at Disneyland and I called her and she said it was even worse over at Disneyland. We got there around 4 and on the way we saw the orange sun like in the picture below. It was crazy and it was super cloudy and smoky but there weren't any ashes falling so it wasn't too bad. Church was next where we saw Napoleon Dynamite (Jon Heder) AND his twin brother. We have never seen them together so that was cool. We had a fun weekend and it was jam packed! The only bad thing was the smoke and ashes, but we got used to it. We are headed down to California again on Wed. to spend the holidays there so we are excited!

We spent our Halloween handing out candy and taking my nieces around the neighborhood. We also had a trial run of our costumes. We were David and Victoria Beckham. My wig that I wore was driving me nuts, it was the last one at the store so it was kind of smashed back on a rack and it had gotten a little messed up. This was what our costumes looked like on Friday...and this is what they looked like on Saturday night, when we went to a Halloween Party hosted by our friends the Erbs and the Wrights. Thanks guys!! We had a lot of fun and I think our costumes turned out pretty good! (After I fixed my wig!!)I'm so sad I didn't get more pictures, but there's always next year! Any costume ideas?!

It feels nice to sit down and blog, we have been doing things all weekend so I've hardly been able to get online! We started out the weekend on Friday by going to meet my sister Jane and her family watch my niece, Ally, run in her final cross country meet. She did great! It was fun to see her run, and she is good at it! My parents were also there so it was fun to hang out there and cheer Ally on. Afterwards we ran over to Az Mills mall to get Todd some new shoes for work, and then we headed to the Az State Fair to meet our friends Jessica and Josh, as well as my parents, my sister Liz and her boyfriend Ryan who were there watching the demolition derby. We were there long enough to walk around, get some fried goodies and head out. We had saved up some money about a month ago and bought season passes to Disneyland, so we decided it would be better to ride the safe rides at Disneyland rather than the ones at the fair, so our trip to the fair was pretty short! Saturday I went to Jessica's baby shower. It was decorated so cute and they had great party favors, and the most darling cake! I wish I would've gotten a picture. After that, Todd and I drove over to the temple to meet my family for my parents 40th wedding celebration. We were able to have all 7 kids and spouses and my parents be in the temple, and it was such an amazing sight! Afterwards we headed to Dave's BBQ for a celebration dinner and then to Jane and Todd's for some fancy cake and a fabulous DVD made by Jane! (Great job on that Jane!!) After that we headed home to BED! It was such a good weekend and packed with so many things to do! (Which I think is the best kind of weekend!)

Hollywood!

We spend the weekend in Hollywood with my parents, my sister Jane and her family, and my sister Liz. (Click on either of their names for more recaps of the trip!) We were there to celebrate my parents 40th anniversary! We had so much fun and crammed in so many fun things! We got there on Thursday night and were finally able to make it to Pink's Hot Dogs, which I had mentioned in an earlier post. However, I was not impressed and don't know why anyone would wait in like 2 hours for what we got. You can try it if you want though, tell me what you think. Anyways, all weekend we spent running around to the Fashion District, Pitfire Pizza, Starbucks for hot chocolate and my favorite carmel apple cider, Hollywood Blvd, Portos Bakery (a must when you're in Hollywood), and Universal CityWalk. Todd and I were also able to go down to San Clemente to see his aunt, uncle and cousins, and we were able to make a stop at my favorite place, DISNEYLAND! Sunday morning we went to the Studio City Ward and saw Jon Heder, aka Napoleon Dynamite, yes the real one, and we also saw one of the characters from High School Musical. If you have seen the movie, she is the girl that wants to hip hop dance, and do the pop and lock. (I have no idea what her real name is or who the character she plays is.) We had such a fun weekend and we always do especially with our families! Thanks for coming everyone, we will have to do it again very soon!

Saturday night, after the broadcast, Todd and I met up with one of our favorite couples to hang out with, Jessica and Josh, to hang out and see a movie over by the Cardinals Stadium at Westgate. We walked around and had dinner, and then met up with Jess and Josh to see this...

It was very good and I highly recommend it! It was a lot better than I thought it was going to be. I had high expectations though, because I had seen the preview for it in July and could not wait for it to come out! While we were walking to our movie, we noticed that the AVP tournament was taking place at the same time. We had wanted to get tickets but just forgot so when we saw it we were bummed that we forgot about it because it looked so cool! Well, luckyfor us, after our movie the last set of the game was just starting so they let us in for FREE! It was so cool! We were able to see Gold Medalist Kerry Walsh, and I sort of got a picture of her below. Misty May-Treanor wasn't there though because she is doing Dancing with the Stars. These ladies are so tall and muscular! I wouldn't want to play volleyball with any of them competitively, thats for sure! It was amazing to see how they just transport the sand anywhere they want and then pick it up and move out. It was so fun and next time the tour comes we will definitely be getting some tickets. Wii Fit!

So, Todd and I have been searching for a Wii Fit for a couple months now. We had heard what it was for and how fun it was for awhile, but couldn't find one anywhere! We looked at Best Buy and Target, and every time with no luck! We finally talked to one of the guys at Best Buy who said they don't even know when they are going to get them or even how many they are going to get, it may be only 1 for the whole month. So, its pretty hard to find one, unless you look on Ebay or Amazon. Anyways, the other day Todd called me while I was babysitting for my sister and told me to ask him why his arm was hurting. I did, and he said it was because he had finally found a Wii Fit, and carrying it to the car was making his arm tired!

I was very excited and he said that he had been out in El Mirage at Wal-Mart and bought the last one there! We have been playing it non-stop and it is SO FUN! It is such a great workout believe it or not! It takes awhile to start playing the game, but each person has their own profile that tells your weight and BMI, as well as your "Wii Fit" age. Mine was 36, haha, guess I have some work to do. Anyways, after you get through the body test you get to the games. They are so much fun! We have been playing them with Todd's family and with Mom. They have skiing, ski jumping, soccer, tightrope walking, strength training, step aerobics, running and yoga.

My favorite by far is the Hula Hoop! I have the record which is 415! It is very addicting and really works out your lower half. The weird thing is that I didn't know the Wii Fit board was all about balance and posture, which is very good for me since I have a slight degree of scoliosis and some bad disks in my back. Anyways, it has been helping my back so much and I have had little back pain since I have started working out on it! So, if you have a Wii system and you ever find a Wii Fit, buy it because it is totally worth it!! P.S Again I still have yet to find my camera, but when I do I will post some pictures of the fun! =)

We just spent the weekend in L.A/Hollywood and had such a blast! Todd's mom has a super nice apartment in North Hollywood, or NoHo, and so we went for Labor Day weekend with Todd's mom, sister and a couple of her friends. The apartment is located so close to everything! We were able to do a lot of stuff in such a short amount of time. There aren't a lot of pictures though because I lost my camera and can't find it anywhere! We got in Friday night around 10, we hit traffic so it took a little bit of time to get there, especially L.A traffic on a Friday night! The next morning we went to one of our favorite breakfast spots, which we go to every time we visit, called Porto's. If you are ever in Hollywood, you HAVE to check it out. They have amazing sandwiches and the best pastries, including a huge pastry case that is filled with everything you could imagine, and its cheap! After that, we headed down to the fashion district. This was by far a place that everyone needs to go! It isn't very clean and it kind of reminded me of a swap meet, but it was so cool! It is miles and miles long of clothes, purses, shoes, accessories, and fabric. We went on Friday and I got 7 shirts, all for $6 each! I will post a picture of them, they had a ton of cute ones and they were everywhere! I also got a cell phone case, some sunglasses and a backpack/purse. Todd was able to find 2 new church/business suits, both for under $200! They are super nice and he is excited to wear them! We went back on Monday before we left and still weren't able to see the whole district, we didn't see any fabric at all because we got tired of walking. We had such a fun time and I would recommend it to anyone! I will post a picture of all the things we bought as soon as I find my camera! That night we went to Hollywood Blvd...which is where the Chinese Theater and El Capitan Theater are located. We saw some of the stars handprints at the Chinese Theater and then the stars on the walk of Hollywood. This is an interesting place to go because there are many different types of people. The funny thing is that people dress up as famous people, such as Batman or Marilyn Monroe, and if you take a picture with them you have to pay them. I guess you have to make a living somehow! We also got to go to the Guinness Hall of Records and the Hollywood Wax museum. Both were cool but I don't know if I'd go again, it was kind of a one time thing! We ate at California Pizza Kitchen on a 2 story and were able to see all of Hollywood including the Capital Records building. On Sunday we went to a ward in Studio City and were able to see Jon Heder, aka Napoleon Dynamites' twin brother! He is in the ward there and I was going to get a picture, but we were at church and we were sitting in front of him so it wouldn't of worked out. What was funny though was that he was speaking that day! We couldn't stop laughing because he sounds exactly like his brother...its a little freaky actually. After church we went down to Venice Beach...WOW...if you haven't been there, you want to go just to experience it! There are so many different types of people, vendors, and places to eat. It was fun just to see all the weird things people were selling and wearing. Todd got to be part of a street act, he was in a group of about 7 people and some guy jumped over all of them! It was very cool to see. That night we stayed inside and at midnight we tried to go to this famous hot dog place called Pinks. We had tried to go there on Saturday but we got in line and someone said it was a 2 hour wait, just to get a hot dog, so we left. So we thought on Sunday/Monday night at 12:30 it wouldn't be busy...NOPE! Still a 2 hour wait. We'll have to try it some other time! Monday we went on a tour of Warner Brothers studios! Also a must see if you're in Hollywood! It was so cool and we were able to see a ton of sets from Friends, Gilmore Girls, Pushing Daisies, ER, and the original Bat Mobile! We went into sound stage 16, which is the worlds tallest sound stage, and it is HUGE! They have filmed tons of movies in it, including Goonies and the Perfect Storm because it houses water easily to film water scenes. It was amazing to see all the sets and props they use. We were also able to go to the WB museum, where we saw the costumes and props from the Dark Knight, Miss Congeniality, Willy Wonka, and a TON of Harry Potter. It was a lot of fun and I would love to do it again! After that we headed to the fashion district again and then headed for home! We had such a fun weekend and packed in so much! I did borrow my mother-in-laws camera for the WB tour so I will post those as soon as I load them!

Swimming and Slip N Slides!

We have been doing a lot of swimming lately! On Monday, we went out to Janes house to see the family after they had been in Utah! We were able to swim for an hour or so and I was able to get some pictures with my camera before it started dying! Also, last night we babysat for Brigham and Tammy and did the Slip N Slide! It was so fun and the kids were so cute, but I am feeling the pain today from sliding on my stomach! I have some nice bruises to match as well!

My Birthday Balloons from Todd

My birthday present from Todd, this is the front and then it opens to a full keyboard, like in the picture below.

So, we had my birthday dinner at the Old Spaghetti Factory in our own room. All of the sudden it starts POURING rain, and then the roof starts to leak. There was so much water coming down, mind you this is on the INSIDE! Also, we went to look out the window and the window was leaking also! Most of the little kids were soaked, but they didn't mind one bit! This picture shows all the buckets they used to hold the water.

All the nieces and nephews posing for a picture, they were all looking out the leaky window. They also got their own "kids table" which they thought was awesome, but I didn't get a good picture of it.

Shamu! We went to San Diego with Todd's family the day after my birthday. We went to Sea World at night for about an hour to see the Shamu show and we got to see the whales before the show. This little (HA) guy was just bobbing in the water for about 10 minutes, he just would stay in this position, and poke his head up every once in awhile. It was cool!

We had a birthday dinner for me with Todd's family down in San Diego at Tony Roma's. It was very yummy but I ate too many appetizers and could barely touch any of my dinner. Afterwards we walked back to our hotel and Kellene and I were attempting to get a jumping picture and this was the best we could do.

We have been seeing SUCH great movies lately! We went and saw "Journey to the Center of the Earth" and it was AMAZING! If you go see it, make sure you see it in 3D! We took Brigham's girls overnight for a sleepover and then took them to see it, we had a lot of fun! Also, we decided to see "The Dark Knight". It was AMAZING. It was such a good movie, and so unpredictable. I would totally recommend seeing it! And there is some violence, but no bad language or anything like that. We loved it and are still talking about how great it was!

Thats it for now! Sorry it took me so long to post! Oh and last night, I go into the bathroom and find a HUGE scorpion, probably the size of my index finger including his tail trying to climb up our wall! Todd got some hairspray and a match and burned him, only because he is a pyro. Needless to say I am still freaked out and don't want to walk around my house! AND...we have to move out this week so I am freaked out about packing boxes because knowing my luck I will find another one while packing up all my junk! Goodness!

Sorry, long time no posts! I need to get better at this and not get so behind! Anyways, I am sad to admit that we just got back from California and I have no pictures to show for it! We spent the day at the beach on the 4th and I didn't want my camera to get all sandy so I didn't take it with me, and then we went back to the beach to watch fireworks and I didn't bring it then either! But, we are going to San Diego this weekend so hopefully I'll be able to get some pictures of that!! I hope everyone had a fun 4th of July!! Also, thanks to Mom, Dad, Sam and Janae for hosting Bella's party, Todd and I had a lot of fun, but it is really hard not to have fun with all of our family!! I will post more throughout the week and when we get back from Cali, I just wanted to update everyone quick! P.S. My birthday is in 3 days!! Todd is very excited because I will no longer be a teenager!!

Photo Booth and Sleepovers...

So, the other night Todd and I were playing around with PhotoBooth on my Mac and these pictures are the outcome of our crazyness. We took a lot but these have to be some of our favorites. I love my Mac! It is so fun and it has such cool features, thanks again, Todd!! Last night after softball we took Brooke, Brig and Chase back to our apartment for a sleepover before they head to Utah. We are sure going to miss them!! I usually see them twice a week because I watch them for Jane, so its going to be different not seeing them, but hopefully time will fllllly by!! On the way home, we stopped at Circle K (its a tradition) for Icees. I wanted to try this new kind of Mountain Dew, so I bought one and the kids all got huge Icees. We were in the car driving away and Todd tried my Mountain Dew and said that it tasted like gushers. Brig wanted to try it but we told him no because it had caffeine, and then Chase pipes up in the back, while drinking his Icee, "Well, its not like these are any better than drinking that!" It was so funny. They have been watching movies and playing on the Wii,which is good for us because they can unlock all the games so Todd and I can play them. Their favorites have been the two games below. More later, have a great weekend everyone!!

We have been having such a fun summer! Todd is now a runner on the garbage truck routes so he has been getting home everyday at around 11, and on Thursdays and Fridays even earlier! It has been so fun having him home to hang out with me, and also he has been going to watch Jane's kids with me! Last Tuesday we called up mom and dad to go to the Dbacks game, it was a lot of fun and we got some great seats right next to the Dbacks bullpen and foul pole. We lost but it was still fun! There are some pictures of that and some pictures of little Brynn and Sophie. The pictures of Brynn are from the underwater feature on my camera, I cannot believe how good of pictures it takes! And the ones of Sophie are from the softball games, I was trying out some new features on my camera. More later, have a good week everyone!!

We are back from Cali! We had such a fun time! We went to the L.A Temple which is BEAUTIFUL and so big, probably the biggest temple I've seen, shopping on Ventura Blvd, saw The Chronicles of Narnia, went to Universal Studios and had a cousin BBQ! We stayed in North Hollywood, or NoHo as the locals call it, at Todd's mom's apartment. It is so nice and in such a nice area, and we were so close to everything! We ate at this amazing bakery called Portos, it is a fancy-like Cuban place with a pastry case that is like a mile long! They have great sandwiches and tons of bread too. It was a short trip but we didn't make any set plans so it was a lot of fun! Todd's cousin Tanner and his girlfriend Bri came down to spend the day with us Saturday at Universal Studios, so you'll see them in some of the pictures. We need to take a family trip there, it is so much fun, especially the Studio Tour! We got to see sets from the new Indiana Jones, and we drove down Wisteria Lane from Desperate Housewives! It was really hot but it was a good day to go and there was a 5 minute wait on both rides so we just kept riding them over and over again. That night we drove down to Orange County and met up with Todd's cousin Nate at his condo for a BBQ! It was fun and very yummy! Long story short, we had a great trip but we are glad to be home!

Hello everyone! Sorry I've been MIA from the blogging world! Todd and I have been finishing up with school and we are DONE!! Thank goodness, its finally summer!! I got 2 B's and 1 A and I've very happy with that! Not a lot has been going on lately, I did get my hair done! Most of you have seen it but I will post pictures as soon as I take them! Thats it for now, just a quick update! We are going to California for the weekend on Thursday so when we get home I will [[hopefully]] have a lot of pictures to post! Finals Week!

Finally! Todd and I made it through the school year and we have finals this week and then its officially S*U*M*M*E*R!!! Thank goodness! I have no "final" finals, so no tests I have to study for, just a packet of work and an essay and I go on Wednesday to turn them in and I'm done! I do have one test for my online class on Monday but that class has been easy so hopefully I'll do good. Todd has all his finals on Tuesday and has been studying and doing homework like crazy. Good luck, Todd! We had a fun week this week, but we haven't really been home that much! I've been spending time with Jane and Jake's kids babysitting, and Todd has been working. Also, for Liz's birthday Thursday we went out with the girls to eat at California Pizza Kitchen and to do a little shopping, then to the temple! It was such a fun day for everyone! We also at at Joe's Real BBQ, we had never been there before but it was so good! We went there for Liz's birthday because when its your birthday you get free everything, including a drink and dessert! Well, thats it for now, nothing other than finals going on for us! The Weekend!

We had a pretty fun weekend! Friday we went to softball with everyone and had a blast with all the little kids! Ally spent the night and so did Todd's little sister Kellene. We had so much fun with those girls! They are the same age and so much fun to have around! We watched "I Am Legend"...If you haven't seen it go rent it, its SOOO good! I was trying to make everyone stay up to watch it and Kellene conked out, and then so did I after I told everyone to stay awake! Haha, so Todd and Ally were the only ones awake at the end. Saturday morning we woke up and made pancakes! We had Jane's buttermilk syrup...its SOOO good, thanks Jane! After that we headed to the zoo! We took the girls and met up with all of Todd's family. It was so fun! We saw all of the animals and then this time when we went to see the stingrays we got to touch SHARKS! It was so cool, they feel weird! Like sandpaper! Ally and I were afraid to touch them because we thought they would be scaley like fish, but they weren't, it was weird! After that we met up with Jane and Todd, got a free car wash and headed home! We did homework Saturday night and thats about it! Here are a couple pictures from the Zoo...thats all for now!

Lions and Tigers and Stingrays?!

Yesterday Todd and I became official members of the Phoenix Zoo! That being said, we have season passes all year to the zoo for 2 adults and 4 kids ages 3-18. Also, the little ones under 2 are free. If anyone wants to go just let us know, the pass is for me and one guest, so I have to be there but if you want Todd and I can take your kids! There is a new exhibit there and you can touch stingrays, you have to pay a dollar but it is really neat! They are only going to be there until April 20th though, so if you don't go this week you'll miss them! But, you can do the same thing at Sea World for free. Anyways, while we were petting them it was feeding time so we got to feed them fish and shrimp. You make a fist with the food popping out and put it down into the water and they come suck it up. Its kind of gross and a little scary, but they don't have any teeth just suckers. Here are a few pics, Todd pointed out that we should've used our underwater feature on our camera, but the Zoo people probably wouldn't have liked it. After we saw the stingrays we went over to see the Orangutangs and the other monkeys. The orangutangs were huge! There were I think 2 females and a baby and then the BIIIIIGGGG Papa. He was huge! Then, we went over to see these Squirrel Monkeys. They are just crawling on ropes and trees out in the open seriously like a foot away from you. It was crazy! There was this one little bugger who jumped over my head from a tree from a rope and it freaked me out! I thought he was going to land on my head! The zoo workers ere telling us how they will bite HARD if you get too close, and that they use their pee to mark their territory, so as soon as you get out of the exhibit you have to wash your hands. Crazy little monkeys thats for sure!

Last Friday night Todd and I went on a double date with his cousin Bobby to the Suns game! They were playing the Minnesota Timberwolves and they KILLED them! The other team wasn't very good so it wasn't really a close game or anything, but it was still fun! We got tickets from a scalper and we were on the lower level 25 rows up, I have never been that close before! It was so cool to be down there where all the action is! We got to see Shaq and there was some other famous guy there, I forgot what movie he was from. Anyways we had such a good time and it was such a fun double date!! Afterwards, we went to Jane and Todd's for a fun sleepover weekend to watch Conference and for Dad's birthday. Thanks for letting us stay, Jane and Todd! And thanks for the fun weekend!

Hello! I just found the cord for my camera so I was able to upload a few pictures! Last weekend Todd and I went to CaLi and met up with Mom, Dad, Jane, Todd and the kids for Todd's triathalon! It was cool to see him running up a storm to finish! We drove over Thursday night and got in about 230am. Friday we went to breakfast at this really yummy cafe called Sunrise Cafe. It was in San Clemente and we went there on Saturday also with Todd's cousin Tanner. Tanner just got home from his mission in Utah so we hung out with him a lot since Todd hadn't seen him for awhile. Friday we went to the beach and then hung out with all of Todd's cousins and their boyfriends/girlfriends/friends/wives/husbands and went to dinner at Red Robin. Saturday we met up with Jane and kids and mom and dad at the triathalon and hung out there for most of the day. Todd's mom and little sis came too, and afterwards we went to eat at Joe's Crab Shack! It was pretty good, I had popcorn shrimp. After that we went to shower and get ready and then Todd and I went out to eat with Mom, Dad and Ally at P.F Changs. It was so good. Sunday we went to church and headed home. It was a pretty quick trip and we had a lot to do, so time flew by. It was a well needed vacation though! Tomorrow night we are going on a double date with Todd's cousin Bobby to try and scalp tickets for the Suns game. I will be sure to take pictures!!

I know I know, I'm lame and haven't written anything on here in a month! I've been busy though, I have a good excuse! Lets see, I am still trying to load my wedding pictures on here, maybe I should just put them on a site and then post the link on here. Anyone know how to do that? Anyways, I got a new job at John C. Lincoln hospital in the Learning Center...which is basically a preschool/daycare. I have since quit that job to go back to work for Jane, but am still "on-call". My last day is Friday. It was just too much! They are making me work 9 hour days and for half the time I am either sitting there watching them sleep or watching them play outside. It was getting a little ridiculous. I know I know, I should've said no in the first place, but they didn't tell me any details until my first day of work! So, its technically not my fault because I did ask my hours but they said they would get back to me. Anyways, long story short, I am no longer working for them full time. Todd also got a new job, working at...Parks and Sons! He is being a repo/delivery guy, taking peoples trash cans if they dont pay, or delivering them new ones. When school is over he is going to be a garbage truck driver/runner with Bobby. We had a fun spring break, we had to work a lot but it was good to have a break! We went to a spring training game which was fun! We need to plan a day for the whole family to go. We also got a new camera! It is an Olympus, I forgot the name, but it looks like this but it is ORANGE, not yellow. I know what you're thinking, I wanted the pink but it was only available online and we had a coupon and couldn't use it online. So, we went with orange. It is really cool and WATERPROOF! Up to 10 feet. We are excited to start using it, and now I can start putting pictures up! Thats all for now, sorry for such a long post! Oh, Todd and I are speaking at our ward on Easter Sunday if anyone wants to come. It is early 9am, but if you want to come I can give you directions! Also, we might be going up to the snow sometime soon, Flagstaff has been getting a ton of snow lately! So, we will keep you all posted! I'm off to bed, goodnight!!

Finally! I am over being sick! I have been sick for almost a week and a half and I am finally over it, thank goodness! Anyways, enough about me being sick! Lets see, whats been going on!? For Valentines Day I bought Todd Suns tickets. He loved them! Even though I wasn't feeling the greatest we still went and had a good time. Todd's parents bought us a Wii for our Valentine so we have been playing that together and it is so fun! We have a lot of games for the little kids so that when they come over to hang out they can play on the Wii! We also got our house finally all moved into! Todd went through our box of picture frames and hung up most of them, and now our house looks like a home. =) Oh yeah, we got our wedding pictures back, I will include some in this post. I tried to post some the other day, but the blogger was down or something. Anyways, we love them and we are trying to get some printed off so we can put them in all of our picture frames! Other than that, nothing much is going on! I am babysitting at Jane's right now while Ally is in the hospital...no fun! Thats it for now, see ya later! Is SOOOOO good! Todd and I tried it last night and we loved it. You can get it at Costco and its I think $9.98 for 3 cans. It is super easy and they come out so fluffy! And, they are ORGANIC! So they are somewhat healthy! But, when you're like Todd and you add chocolate chips and whipped cream, it kind of kills the organic part. Anyways, they are super easy to make and you can make 1 or 10! Make sure you try some you wont be disappointed!

The Weekend!

Was fun! We did so much! Friday night we had softball, as most of you know. Afterwards Jane & Todd and their family and Todd's brothers family and Mom and Dad went to Mongolian BBQ. It was yummy, that place is so good, you just always have so much left over! I dont know how anyone can finish a bowl of that, except dad but he only gets veggies so it doesn't count, you have to get the noodles! The funniest part of the whole night was watching Sophie eat. She got her own adult size bowl and went to town! I think she ate more than any of us, plus she had ice cream! She is a funny little girl. Saturday morning we went to the temple! Todd's cousin, well I guess mine now too, but Bobby's little sister Jessica got married so we went to her sealing. It was really good! Afterwards we went to eat and then waited for Seagull book to open since they were closed for President Hinckley's funeral. I got some long undershirts and then we went over to AZ Mills. I found the cutest snowboard at Sports Authority and matching boots to go with it. It was on sale for 229.00 and it had been priced before at 379. It was SO cute, a pink paisley Burton. Too bad I dont live where it snows much! After that we headed to Brigham's baptism! That was really nice! Its so cute to see all the little kids run up to the font when the kids are being baptized. After that we headed to Jane's for a parrrtay! The food was yummy and then Todd and I headed back over to the wedding reception for Jessica and her husband. After that we headed home and fell asleep! We have early church so it wasn't hard for us to go to sleep. I think thats about it for this weekend, I hope you all had fun! OH! I forgot to tell you al about how I made Liz's weekend, and probably everyone elses. We were walking out of Brig's baptism and I was carrying Sophie. I tripped on the concrete and slipped into the grass, in my heels of course, and fell down on my knees, dropping Sophie and doing a full layout on my stomach. My knees are purple with some nice scrapes. Sophie is ok, and that is all that matters. Now that I think about it, it WAS pretty funny.

Will be greatly missed! We will always remember him for his wonderful conference talks and loving ways. I am so grateful to have had him for a Prophet growing up! He was such a cute little man and you could tell he really loved the church and all of its teachings. Todd was just saying how he is glad to have his signature on his mission papers. We love him very much and are sad that he is gone, but know that he is in a better place now with his cute wife!

Moved into our apartment! We are finally just getting the last boxes emptied and everything is falling into place! We will have everyone over soon so that you can all see it! Lets see, school started this week, I had some trouble with my classes but I changed it all around and now everything is good. I am taking two classes at Paradise Valley CC and then an online class at GCC. Yesterday and today Todd and I have been watching Jake's kids while Kelly is in New York with her mom and sister. LUCKY! I hope everyone had a great Christmas! It has been so long since I've updated this, I have been busy doing whatever! I am getting married in 8 days! It is coming up quick! Hopefully it wont be as cold as it has been, its been pretty chilly these last few nights! Christmas Eve we had our Beeson party at Mom's house with all the kids. That night we spent the night at Jane's to watch the kids open presents. They set their alarms for 6 and woke each other up. They went crazy! They were so excited and so fun to watch. Brynn and Sophie got a Barbie jeep and were riding it around the kitchen and running into stuff! I hope everyone got everything they wanted! Todd surprised me with a new white MacBook, (an Apple laptop.) I had no idea it was coming but it was exciting to open! I am using it right now and I love it! I am going to have to take some classes with Jane so I can learn how to use all the functions! Todd said he got it for me because he wanted me to start doing picture stuff like Jane does. With all of our Best Buy giftcards we got, maybe I can get a sweet camera...not as nice as Jane's though! Remember everyone, Mesa Temple at 5 on Saturday, Mom says be there by 4:15. We'll probably go to eat after though, I dont know where though so you'll just have to come and find out! Have a great rest of the week everyone!!

Every year Todd's family throws a big Halloween party with a theme. This year was Pirates. They decorated his aunts house really fancy and there was pirate stuff everywhere! I should've gotten pictures! They had pirate statues and dry ice out by the pool with miniature boats floating in the water. They had a giant blow-up slide (the kind you rent) and it was HUGE! Mom even went on it! There was a ton of food and balloons and everything! It was such a fun party. Here are some pictures of mine and Todd's costumes! Hello everyone! Sorry I'm so behind, I just haven't felt like updating my blog...haha. ANYWAYS...how was everyone's Halloween!? Todd and I went to a singles ward party last Saturday and I dressed up as Minnie and he was a redneck. It was such a good costume! I will load the pictures up later! The party was alright, and there were definitely some weird costumes! Todd just got a new job at Under Armour, so if any of you need some sweet shirts or pants, go see him! He works at the Arrowhead mall location, and he usually works everyday. He is training right now but they are going to move him up to a manager position soon. On Halloween I went around the neighborhood with Mom, Brig, Tammy and the little girls. Oh and BING! We went around the block and then I had to run home and give dad a break from passing out good old toothbrushes. Half of the kids were like..."YEAH, a TOOTHBRUSH!" The other half were like..."Aw man, a toothbrush!?" It was so funny, and most of the parents really enjoyed them. Today my mom and I are going shopping for wedding stuff. OH! Jane found some really cute invitations on clearance at Target that I am going to use, I will take a picture and post it. I love them! All you have to do is type the invitation and then it comes with all the paper and even comes with cards to type the Temple information! Thanks Jane! Tonight Todd and I are going to the fair with our free tickets. Todd has never been so it should be so fun! Tomorrow night his family is having a late Halloween party, it is a Pirate theme so we are going all out! I will be sure to post the pictures. Thats all for now, have a good weekend everyone!

So I know you've all been dying to know what happened!! Well...last night Todd and I went to dinner at Red Robin...(thats where we had our first date) and then to the mall to pick up some shirts. It was really nice outside so Todd said he wanted to go for a walk. So...we walk around the block and then come to his yard and I see three big pumpkins, as you see in the pictures!!

So then he gets down on one knee and asks me to marry him, and of course I said yes! WE couldn't be happier! We dont have any major plans yet...but probably early January for the wedding. I will try to get a picture of the ring on here soon, but the pictures I have dont do it justice. IT IS BEAUTIFUL! I love it. Thats all for now!! More details to come!
