What we've been up to...

This one is the one I want for my hospital gown...the cupcake fabric will just be a border!

Other than that I have been cleaning, organizing, and doing everything I can in the nursery for babys arrival in just over 4 weeks!!

Going Private!

In two weeks...

we will be headed here with Todd's family.

Only his parents have been there so all of us are looking for ideas! We are going to Alcatraz, Pier 39, Ghirardelli chocolates, a Giants game and to see the Redwoods. Any of you that have been have any other fun ideas!?

Vegas!!

We had a couple free nights in Vegas thanks to my in laws so Todd and I spent Sunday night thru Wednesday there!



(todd was obviously not ready!!) We know Vegas is kind of well...interesting but we love it there and always have fun going. We went here for lunch...


which was so good! They used to have them here but now the closest one is Vegas.


After lunch we went to Circus Circus for games! When I was little that was my favorite thing to do and my parents would take my sister and I there a lot. Thanks mom&dad :)








This game is the best one and I beat Todd about 3 times! After that we went to dinner at this Brazilian steakhouse that was all you can eat and we got a half price discount...so delicious. Tues. some of Todd's family met us and we headed to the Venetian to see the Blue Man Group. (ugh...probably the worst show we have ever seen!!)


We found a store with a mascot named Todd...


And watched the Mirage volcano from the balcony! This is also me at 24wks!


Wednesday we went here...


which was fun! You basically solve a murder using forensics.





After that we headed home! We had lots of fun and were happy to get some time in together before our little one is here!

Help!

Seeing as my tummy will keep growing...I need some help with what to use for stretch marks! I know most of you who read this have kids so please give me any and all suggestions! I bought this...


And also the same brand of just lotion for stretch marks. I probably should've started to look into this awhile ago but better late than never right?!

20 weeks!

I am now 20 weeks and my belly is sure showing it! Baby boy has been kicking like crazy lately so that has been so fun! I had to go get some new clothes...well just shirts so far...because he sure is growing! This dress, which I am in love with was one of them. Hopefully it will be just as cute when my belly is bigger!


We had another ultrasound and his head was hiding under my belly button so we couldn't get a clear picture of his little face. Hopefully next time!

Summer Scents!

We are really big on scents in our house and according to Todd we have to have one for every season. We had some for fall and winter that we LOVE, but have never done any spring/summer kinds. I picked these two up today (2 for $20, such a great deal!) and I am in love! But, we are always looking for some new ones to try. So, that being said, what scents make your house smell like summer!? (If you click on the pics they'll get bigger, but they are Island Margarita&Pomegranate Lemonade)

My 'lil peanut!!

I am 17 weeks as of yesterday and feeling fabulous! I have not been sick at all which is nice. I have been pretty tired but other than that no problems! This is our little cutie at 15 1/2 weeks.








I would love to show you all a picture of my growing belly (ha!) but I am not showing much unless its at 11pm and I am heading for bed. We go back to the doctor in about 2 weeks and I can't wait. I think I am most excited now to start feeling him kick and move around! =)

Oh and p.s it's a boyyyyyy!

A day at the zoo...

My brother had to work and his wife was out of town so we took the kids to the zoo for the day. Our pass is almost up so we had to make the most of it! We went on a Saturday and the weather was amazing so it was super busy but we had a fun time!

What I've Been Doing...

• Helping Todd with his vending route
• Lots of day dates with Todd...this is us a couple weeks ago at P.F Changs
  
• Going with my brother and his family minus Todd and 2 little ones to see Justin Beiber, which I highly recommend!
  
  All the girls now have "Bieber Fever" and new t-shirts, even the little one who didn't even go to the movie. She still insisted on having a Justin Beiba t-shirt.
  
• Lots of work
• Glitter Toes, seriously so fun&cute, I am loving them once again.
• Sprinkles runs, obviously. Thanks for the giftcard cute Allysun!!
  
• Spending lots of time with family&friends
• Lots of movie and Netflix watching

What have you been up to?

Happy Valentines Day...

...to me! And, well Todd too. I've been waiting for one of these since they first came out and Verizon FINALLY jumped on the bandwagon. Let me just say, I am LOVING it, which I knew I would. Todd was skeptical at first but yeah, he's loving his too! Thanks Todd, I love you!! P.s. I didn't leave him without a gift! He got Wall Street 2, Inception and Iron Man 2 on Dvd. Those currently are his favorites and last night he watched 2 of them. If you haven't seen any of those, we highly recommend them!!

Beeson Bonfire 2011!

Yes...it was that time again!! See 2009 here. Every year my brother plans a big bonfire in the desert with wood pallets&Christmas trees, and basically whatever else we can find. This year was no exception with 41 Christmas trees! The crowd that comes out is getting bigger every year. Todd's mom, 2 brothers and nephew were able to come this year and join in on all the fun. Sometimes I guess its alright having 4 brothers who like to play in the desert! =)Missed you Jane&Liz!!
